My oven stopped heating up at 4.5 years. It was around 450.00 plus labor to replace computer to operate the oven! Will buy another one first before spending that on repairs.

So far, it has been good as far as cooking but I don't like the glass top. It's hard to keep clean and I have some scratches on it from trying to clean it. Is there an easy way to clean the glass top? I would love to hear about that if there is.

I bought this just over a month ago, and I love it. It was marked down and when I got it home there was a couple of flaws that I didn't notice on the display floor, the glass in the door had a streak inside that I can't clean and the back of the knobs had a crack in the surface. I didn't know since it was a close out if I had any options to have it made right.

I bought this stove 15 days ago and am enjoying baking again. I am a KitchenAid lover. I love KitchenAid's quality and design no matter what they made. This stove is quiet and efficient when I cooked my food, I like the settings for different level of heat control also. The oven size is exactly what I need, I have been baking a lot since I got this Range. I love it.

I like most of it. I think the solid black top is going to get old because it's harder to keep clean. My last Stove had some speckles on the surface. I was thinking some stainless colored speckles would look nice and make it easier to look clean.

We bought this a month ago after living for a long time with an old range with only 3 burners and 1/2 of a broiler working. We had purchased a new KitchenAid dishwasher and refrigerator over a year ago, so I wanted to match the style. We also have solar, so it makes more sense for us to have an electric range top. And the flat top makes it so easy to clean! And it not only has the usual 4 burners, it has a 5th "warmer" burner. The bottom storage drawer is not as deep as our previous range, but it is adequate---we just got better at nesting our baking pans! Overall very smart and useful features!

I bought this range a month ago and overall its great. One very negative feature is the new system Aqualift which is not working for me, because I bake and roast a lot and I like a clean oven,I am obliged to clean after each use and the water itself doesn't clean, I spend a lot of time scraping and it's really annoying to have to remove the racks, so I wish I knew this system before buying the range and opted for the old system using high heat and doing the job right.

Purchased right before Christmas 2014 and the FULL SIZE oven was just the ticket for holiday cooking ! Imagine - an oven that actually accommodates cookie baking sheets side by side on 3 levels !! Needless to say, Santa had plenty of cookies with his milk !! For the price, this range offers value beyond any we could find. And believe me, we wore out the internet researching before we committed.

I thought being a Kitchenaid this would be a top notch stove but it takes 15-20 minutes for the oven to preheat and the burners take too long to preheat and unless you have the setting on high they go off and on constantly. This is the first new stove we have ever purchased and I am not happy with it at all. If I could return it I would.

This oven is ok because the stove works great but the oven takes forever to preheat and then cooks unevenly. Heat is not distributed evenly throughout oven. Some places burns and some barely browns or doesn't even cook through.

This came with the house we bought. The oven is great - heats up fast, the convection fan is super quiet. The stovetop is ok - it is really a pain to clean and it takes a long time to cool down.

I bought this 3 months ago. The size is very nice. It works well. The only problems are that it takes the cooktop and oven longer than my old Kenmore to heat up and the cooktop is already scratching. We had my Kenmore for 5 years and the glass looked almost brand new, so that is disappointing.

Unfortunately I'm not happy with my new Kitchen Electric Range. The black top is extremely hard to keep clean. First week we got it I used the polish and cleaner that was recommended. It took off the finish on the glass top by one of the burners. Along the top edge is black trim. When I slid a cookie sheet over the edge it took off the paint and scratched it. I love Kitchen Aid but this range is a disappointment!

The house I bought had only a range top, and I love baking for my family, so I just had to have an oven. This is a spacious oven, and I love that you can just use water to clean it. The only reason I didn't give the fantastic 5-star rating is because the timer on it is sometimes a bit wonky, and I end up turning off the oven trying to get it situated. I may just use an old-fashioned (portable) timer anyway, but thought it may be worth the mention. The other major point I would like to mention is that it took a lot of hours baking the new oven chemical smell out of it. I suspect this is the norm.
