Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Keeping it Clean & Simple

Appliance2000 8/30/2026

What we were looking for in a washing machine was a top load washer without a whole bunch of bells and whistles but gets the job done! This one is simple, it's not like we're old or anything, it's just that we don't need Alexa to alert us that our clothes have finished the spin cycle! All the extra bells and whistles end up doing is breaking!!!

Almost perfect

Celinha 8/8/2026

I love my Maytag. It works really well, the cleaning is excellent, and overall the machine performs well. There are only 2 things that I suggest you improve: a) it is noisier than my previous washer; b) I still find cumbersome to not have a dedicated place for the soap (pouring it under the clothes does not feel "natural"). Otherwise, I am a happy customer.

Horrible machine - do not buy!

Ignatz10 7/25/2026

This is absolutely the worst washing machine we have ever owned, and that is going back 40+ years. Even the firmware is defective. Terribly noisy, moves around despite adding footers designed to keep it quieter and from moving. Even with moderate loads, frequently spins off axis so re-cycles and just keeps doing that until I switch it off and re-arrange the load, sometimes more than once. (Part of the problem is weak springs.)Twists clothing up, despite not having a tall agitator. Cheaply built as well. We should have bought LGs and will never buy anything from Maytag or any of the Whirlpool group of products again. Wish I could give this zero stars.

It does the job.

Dojki5 7/22/2026

I've had this product for over 2 months now and I haven't had any issues. I washed a full load and my comforter in it. There was no problems. I read reviews that said it was loud. I did find that compared to my kenmore it was louder, but that is not a big deal for me. It is more compact then my previous washer, but it doesn't take away from it's performance. Something to note is that this model does not have an alert sensor to let you know that the wash cycle is complete. From operational standpoint it does what is advertised.

Maytag could be better 7/22/2026

i found this a good washer overall, however it is definitely noisier than my prior Maytag machine. I have mostly used it in auto fill mode, an that is a big water saver. I find that the lid lock to be an cover kill. It keeps you from adding anything you might have wanted to add once the wash cycle begins. it only does a fair job in removing stains, and it does not seem to be as aggressive in agitating the clothes.

Disappointingly Noisy

LaSuprema 7/5/2026

This machine was purchased to replace an 8 year old Maytag that died, so I am using that old machine for comparison. This new machine is SUBSTANTIALLY louder during the water fill cycles. In fact, it is so loud that the hissing of water entering the tub can be heard throughout the house unless the door to the laundry room is closed. By comparison, the old machine was almost unnoticeable under the same conditions when it was filling with water. The machine DOES clean clothes properly, and is not unusually loud when agitating or spinning. However, when it is filling with water.....it is NOTICEABLY LOUD, especially when compared to our previous Maytag washer. I have the ability to take a scientific measurement of the sound level, and did so. I found the sound level to be 72 decibels at a distance of 1 meter from the front of the machine when it is filling with water. As a point of reference, this is equivalent to the sound of urban traffic....and it™€™s in my laundry room. This sound issue makes our new machine a big disappointment compared to it™€™s predecessor. When shopping for a new washer, I incorrectly assumed that a new Maytag would be as good, or better, than the previous Maytag washer. In hindsight, had I known of this annoying level of noise, I might have chosen a competitive brand.

Growing up, I didn™€™t know much about washer/dryer machines but could always name the top brands I heard about. Maytag was definitely one I heard and knew to be a golden standard. It was no brainer going with this after I received an offer towards a heavily discount for a new one. I™€™m amazed at the newer technology and improved sound control, vibration decrease and construction for this machine.

Very durable, spins the clothes out perfectly, and it does what it needs to do. One of the better machines that I have used for sure. I love Maytag and I think they™€™re worth the money, because they last forever and I™€™m hoping this one will too. I do a lot of laundry and this washer has been keeping up with me. As a housekeeper who works in a place with different style washer and dryers at each place I can easily say that Maytag is my go too.

Queen finishes 4/8/2026

I purchased my washer February 2026. My previous washer was a gift from my oldest son and I had it for over a decade. It was a quiet washer but it was much more expensive. My present financial situation is such that I purchased what I could afford. I'm content with the cleanliness of my clothes and I'm learning to live with the noise of my washer. This washing machine washes faster than I expected however, my clothes are clean and at the end of the day, that's what's most important to me. I hope my new machine last just as long.

This Maytag washing machine cleans clothes very efficiently, it offers a variety of wash cycles, ranging from quick washes to standard cycles, as well as a slightly longer cycles for heavily soiled or bulky items. However, the machine operates somewhat noisily during the spin cycle. Once the wash is complete, it extracts water very efficiently, leaving the clothes quite dry. My family uses this machine exclusively for washing clothes, it is not large enough to accommodate thick blankets.

I am happy with the washer. It is quite loud and the laundry room at my house is connected to the master bedroom. Too loud to use close to bedtime but other than that I love everything else about it. I really appreciate that the dials stay at the water temp we use and I chose this machine for that very reason. As a senior citizen I feel confident that even with declining health, both physical and mental, that I will be able to use it for years to come and so can my husband.

Good Machine--HORRIBLE TECH SUPPORT

lliinnddaa 3/16/2026

I find this washer does a good job of getting clothes clean. The Machine itself rates good, but if I were to rate the "customer service" of Maytag, it would be a 1 star. I get multiple emails a day trying to sell stuff,, but I am unable to log on to the website. Live Chat isn't working, phone call answered after many attempts by "Domestic & General" whose purpose is to sell service. D&G did not help me with the technical issues regarding log-in. So much for concierge service! Printed materials that came with washer or available on the Internet cover how to install and selling products and did NOT tell how the actual washer works, which I had to figure out through trial and error. So very unresponsive to a long-time customer who loved her last Maytag washer and stayed with the brand.

Unsatisfactory We purchased the Maytag Bravos Washer and Dryer and at 5 years, the washer started making incredible noises and shaking violently on each rinse/spin cycle. We are elderly and do 3-4 very small, light loads per week. No kids or pets. We had to purchase a new washer and dryer today. The quality of the Bravos series is not very strong. We had to purchase the Bravos Series online due to Covid. Not recommended.

Not a Happy Camper!

BummerOut 1/15/2026

Just replaced my 25 year old Maytag Washer with this top loading model. I was so excited to "upgrade." Not very pleased with the operation or washing outcomes. For instance, just washed 4 medium weight sweat shirts, on Normal and largest fill settings. Items came out with lint and even a piece of hair on a sweatshirt. One sweatshirt did not look like it was completely wet. Really? Had this issue with other loads. Totally forget using the delicate cycle. Hate the locking mechanism and the inability to easily fill, add Oxiclean, pre-soak for 15-45 minutes, and then add soap and complete the wash process. The delay in unlock is a buzz kill! items come out mush drier than my old model, but it looks the the wear and tear on the items is greater (not as gentle). Wish I had kept my old Maytag unit.

Experience With Washer Operation

OC 8513 1/15/2026

The washer seems to be working good. However, when operating, it is very loud. But the biggest issue we have is with the addition of the softener.it does not have a dispenser for the soap or the softner. Our previous washer had both and this was very very convenient.
