Took a rototiller and pressure washer for repair. Very reasonable $20 diagnosis fee. Both my machines were kaput but that wasn't their fault. They helped unload and reload into my truck. They'll get more of my business.

We have had problems with a refrigerator we purchased, the ice maker specifically. We did purchase the warranty. Anna and Gary have been great, all their crew have been great. As a senior, I have owned over a dozen homes and several rental units, therefore many appliances and with that many appliance repairs and visits from repair companies. None of the repair companies compare to Appliance and Mower Center of Grants Pass, Oregon. Most of my experiences have been in major metropolitan areas with fierce competition and many choices, Appliance and Mower Center is in a relatively small market area where customer service is your reputation. They stand heads and shoulders above any appliance and repair company I have ever used. Why, constant follow through and follow up from the beginning of getting the repair order to the final repair during a 13-week journey with Whirlpool, Asurion, and me the customer. Anna, the owner and Gary the certified factory trained technician are awesome!

Wednesday Nov 23, 2022 The day before Thanksgiving. Wake up to a busted fridge. Drove over to the Appliance and Mower Center and met Shea New. He shows me exactly what I needed and I made my purchase. Picked up Fridge, took it home, got it into the house and then realized it was the wrong color. Contacted Shea and told him what had happen. He responded by saying how about we take care of that right now. I went back to work and within the hour Shea and one of his associates brought out the right fridge and installed it and disposed of my old fridge. That is the perfect definition of OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Thank you so much for getting us taken care of.

Appliances in stock, able to view on the showroom floor. If the appliance is not in stock, you can purchase the floor model. The salesperson was nice, friendly, and not pushy about making a sale.

The staff at this local business know everything about mowers and appliances, they have the parts or can get them, they are honest and don't push sales, prices are decent, customer service is friendly. Couldn't be happier with the service I received here. My dryer stopped heating and they helped me trouble shoot it before spending money on parts. Even though the dryer was 13+ years old, they recommended repairing it instead of replacing it. Less than 1hr and $100 later, my dryer is running like new again!
